Thank you so much for the prompt delivery of the urn. It arrived today and less than 24 hours after we ordered it.
My husband and I paid a lot of money for our beloved 15 year old German Short Haired Pointer to be cremated. His remains were returned to us in a cheap and tacky metal box with a receipt.

What a difference it was dealing with Furry Souls. The urn arrived with an acknowledgement of a sad loss, a beautiful urn and tasteful packaging. The order was handled with the utmost efficiency, promptness and sensitivity.

Thanks so much for your prompt communication and delivery of the urn.  We are delighted with the beautiful urn – it has been engraved and sits on our coffee table.  Many people have been moved to tears when they see how beautiful it is and knowing that it contains a very dear member of our family.  It seems very fitting for our wee Flossie.

Grief is a process but it is helped so much more by people like you and the service you provide.  We miss Flossie heaps, but are grateful for the 6 ½ years we had with her.

Hi Janine,

Thankyou again for your kind thoughts and of course the incredible service you provide. The urn was here the following day and it will take pride of place next to our dear Pippen.We sure have had a bad year that’s for sure now losing our gorgeous dog of nearly 17yrs in George.

He was in pain and discomfort towards the end of his life and it was so hard to have to let him go but we have taken a lot of comfort in knowing he is now pain free and in a better place.

We will certainly add him to your memorial site soon. We were reading it the other day and there are so many wonderful tributes by loving owners, they really make it quite emotional just reading them and seeing their pictures. It’s a great idea to have this kind of thing on your site, you’ve done really well here.

Anyway thank you so much again for your kind thoughts oh and the card you sent with the urn too. The poem touched us so much we plan to include it in a tribute we are making for George to hang in our home.

Hi Janine, just wanted to let you know that the urn was delivered this morning & we’re really happy with it.  Our vet transferred Minka’s ashes into the urn this afternoon & it is now surrounded by my angel collection, right next to the casket containing the ashes of her companion Pippin.  It is a beautiful container & I’m sure , in time, I’ll be able to look at it & admire it’s beauty.  I’d like to thank you very much for the lovely words on the card you enclosed with my order – too often the passing of our furry friends is downplayed & even dismissed which is incomprehensible to me.  Thank you so much for your help & kindness & I won’t hesitate to call on you again if needed (just not too soon hopefully). I have had good service from companies found on the internet, but never, ever, had a same day delivery.

If I can get on my hobbyhorse for a moment, retail stores are not, in my opinion, losing business because of cheaper prices on the internet, but because they don’t have any real interest in looking after their customers.
